Background: Hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism is characterised by hypogonadism in the context of low/inappropriately normal gonadotrophin levels. Congenital Hypogonadotrophic Hypogonadism (CHH) occurs due to disrupted GnRH neuronal migration, or impaired hypothalamic GnRH secretion or action.
